So this is going to be an incredibly long post so I decided to split it into days. We will go day by day during our trip out west to Beaver Creek, CO to celebrate my Uncle Jason and my new Aunt Jaime. We had so much fun and I got to see the mountains up close and personal. I even saw a brown bear! Yep, right in the middle of the village. He wanted to play miniature golf. The next day, Tara saw a bear almost come into her room while it walked across the back porch while I was sound asleep next door. It was a fun trip.
Here is Day 1: relaxing.
We arrived on Wednesday and got adjusted to the altitude by just lounging around the house. We did a little hot tubing. Notice the beautiful view...that was outside my bedroom window. Day 2: Exporing. And BBQing.
We started the day with a walk into the village. So much to see and do.
That's me getting straped in to do a little high flying.I talked my way into a trip up to the tippy top of the mountain. Papa, Scott and daddy came along too.
Just enjoying the view.
Coming down.
When you have the shortest legs, the walk up the mountain can be tiring. Good thing Papa was there to help.
And the first wedding event, a BBQ.
