Final wedding post (part 4)

Day 5 and 6: More exploring! I love the mountains.
Hady hiked down to the village, usually she just rode in style in her stroller.
After my ride to the tippy top of the mountain, Hady wanted to join the fun. Another trip up the mountain.
Check out the view.
Plenty to see at the top of the mountain.
Definitely my favorite part of the trip.
And we looked at the fountain, again.
Beautiful flowers everywhere.
The last night we had dinner with the newlyweds! Then watched some ice skating. My charm didn't work and I couldn't talk anyone into joining me on the ice.
Well Hady did say she would skate but mommy and daddy said that wouldn't work.
Nan is safely back in Pennsylvania!
It was a great trip! I want to go back when the snow is on the ground and try snow skiing. I know I can master that because water skiing was a breeze.

The wedding! (part 3)

Day 4: The big day.
Every ring bearer needs a little miniature golf before the big day.
And a picture with a bear.
Oh, and a picture with their date. My date just happens to be my little sister.
Can't stop the cuteness.
Weddings require a lot of pictures. I wasn't prepared.
Check me out.
Hady got tired before the party even started.
Scott and mommy. Thanks for coming all that way Scott. We had fun with you.
My new best bud...too bad he lives in Montana.
It was a fun party and I definitely danced the night away.
Cheers to a long and happy life Jason and Jaime.

Wedding (part 2)

Day 3: Fun in the village and rehearsing.
Our favorite part of the village. A fountain that you never know what it will do. We made a lot of stops there.
The village even had a children's museum. Lots of fun.
Of course we went swimming.
Now time to get serious with the rehearsal.
The groom and his men.
Nana, Papa and Uncle Jason.
Mommy and the very cute ring bearer...ME!
Nanny Wonsidler and Judy made the trip from Pennsylvania.

Jason and Jaime's wedding (part 1)

So this is going to be an incredibly long post so I decided to split it into days. We will go day by day during our trip out west to Beaver Creek, CO to celebrate my Uncle Jason and my new Aunt Jaime. We had so much fun and I got to see the mountains up close and personal. I even saw a brown bear! Yep, right in the middle of the village. He wanted to play miniature golf. The next day, Tara saw a bear almost come into her room while it walked across the back porch while I was sound asleep next door. It was a fun trip.
Here is Day 1: relaxing.
We arrived on Wednesday and got adjusted to the altitude by just lounging around the house. We did a little hot tubing. Notice the beautiful view...that was outside my bedroom window.
Day 2: Exporing. And BBQing.
We started the day with a walk into the village. So much to see and do.
That's me getting straped in to do a little high flying.
I talked my way into a trip up to the tippy top of the mountain. Papa, Scott and daddy came along too.
Just enjoying the view.
Coming down.
When you have the shortest legs, the walk up the mountain can be tiring. Good thing Papa was there to help.
And the first wedding event, a BBQ.

First day of preschool (2012)

Although I was dreading the summer coming to an end, I was looking forward to the first day of preschool. My excitement must have bubbled over to Hady because she was excited to. With mommy staying home this year, Hady gets to go to school one day a week and I think it will probably be her favorite day. Well here is to a great year (my final year of preschool) with Mrs. Bertermann.
