10 weeks of Hadley!

It has been hard trying to keep up with Hadley...but here is a little Hadley update!
She smiles, talks (well Momma and Dadda say she is talking I can't really understand what she is saying it is just coos), she is starting to sleep more in her crib (which means more mommy time during the day for me), and she has started to laugh at me! I love that because I do plenty of silly things throughout the day!

Memories...

I think more than anything else I will always remember the countless days I have spent at the lake. But when Momma saw these pictures she laughed out loud and said these are ones for the high school graduation party. Hope you enjoy my memories as much as I do.

Flashback...

Mommy and daddy say we are creating 'summertime traditions' but I just don't think there is much to do in southern Indiana besides Holiday World, the fair and of course the lake. But what can I say I am a southern Indiana boy through and through.
Here are some pics from last year and then this year. Summer of 2009 is on top then summer of 2010...What a difference a year makes...

Animals...Food...Fun!

That is what the fair is all about. Mommy and daddy picked the perfect day to go because the rain that came late afternoon cooled off the night at the fair. We saw all the animals, I pet the ones that I could, ate my first real fair food (last year it was just ice cream...this year a hot dog and some delicious lemonade.) Then we watched the big kids show their cows. One cow got frisky and it was like I was at the rodeo. Oh and I got to see my favorite farmer, Farmer Greg who farms my very own Little People farm every day!:) Then of course I didn't want to go home but got in the car anyway...

Holiday World with the Aglers!

We had friends spend the night on Friday and then we all went to Holiday World on Saturday. It was hot and sticky but so so fun! We rode on a few little rides, I am still not tall enough to go upside down or around and around. Then we spent the afternoon at the waterpark. It was packed because it was 95 degrees but the water couldn't have felt better and been more fun! Can't wait to do it all again next year!
PS Hadley went too and she was a trooper. She even got in the water to cool off! Check out the picture...I think she was enjoying herself! But her and mommy spent a lot of time in the shade at the waterpark that is why there are not any water pictures. Daddy is the 'play guy' defintely not the 'picture guy'!

Hadley is 7 weeks old!

A good little Saturday...

at the farm! What little boy or even grown man does not love a trip to the farm. There are endless things to do at the farm on a perfect Saturday morning. Sweet corn picking...feeding horses and cows...even driving off road. I enjoy the drive there and home too. We go over bridges...see train tracks...and of course many more horses and cows. This is what I call a good little Saturday with the family!

Look at me!

I found my daddy's hard hat in the garage and have been wearing it everywhere the last two days!
Look at me...I am stylin'!

Just another...

summer day! Summer days start out slow...we sleep in and lounge around in our pjs sometimes we even watch Mickey Mouse Clubhouse! I will let you guess who requests to watch that. Then you never know what we will do...today we went for a walk and saw a deer, a bunny and some ducks. We took a walk through the woods and then met some friends at the park.
This morning though...Hadley smiled at me! Mommy took some pictures and yes one is blurry because it is hard to catch Hadley when she isn't wiggling everywhere but now I know my baby sister does more than just cry and sleep! She can smile when I am being a goofy two year old! Oh let the fun begin!

Fourth of July weekend!

There were so many happy moments during the fourth of July weekend that it is hard to name them all now! Hadley got to meet some more of her great grandparents and her Uncle Dave! We got to visit with John and Susan twice at the lake! Then we went to Nanna and Pappa's lake house and spent the night. I stayed up super late and got to see fireworks and fireflies for the first time this summer! Those darn fireflies just fly too fast for me to catch them but they are so fun to look at. Oh yeah and I did lots of swimming and even some more tubing!

A few odds and ends from the month of June...

Here are a few pictures from the end of June. A few highlights include...Hadley turning 6 weeks old! And going to the zoo with my friends Connor, Kendall, and Cooper! The weather was perfect for the zoo. I got to ride on a tiger! YEEHAW! And I spent plenty of time in with the goats! Mommy said she might leave me with the goats next time! I really have no problem with that!
