Fall...

Fall means pumpkins, leaves, and great weather to be outside.  Some of my favorite traditions are here...pumpkin carving and pumpkin painting.  Raking huge piles of leaves and jumping.  This year I became a leaf expert in my class so I have been sharing my knowledge with mommy and Hadley when she will listen.
We went to Fowler pumpkin patch again this year.  And we were the only ones on the hayride.
 Everyone loves the goats right?
And don't forget about the donkey.

What you have never seen a pumpkin this big?
 Or this small?
Mommy put us to work...next year we will get smaller pumpkins.
 Hayride and suckers.

 And my prized grasshopper.
 We painted the little ones.

 And carved the big ones.
 Don't worry...He didn't eat it.

And leaf jumping...a little itchy but so much fun.
 Oliver was a natural.

 Headfirst.

Soccer

Fall soccer is almost over.  Two weekends ago we had a little soccer tournament and of course it was the coldest day in all of fall.  We survived.  Hadley might have realized she likes to be inside at gymnastics more than play soccer but she kept at it.  Her game was before mine so frost still filled the field.  We are both on purple teams this year but Hadley plays in the U6 league and I play in the U8 league.  Go PURPLE!
Take the ball away Hadley.
 Dribbling down the field.

 Cutest purple team around.
Trying to get warm before the next game.
 Going after the ball.
So cold I wore my coat for the first game.
 Corner kick!

 Going for the goal.
 And this shot went in...PROMISE!

Hadley tackles her first meet!

Hadley started on the gymnastics team last spring.  She is a level 2 and loves here teammates and her coach.  She loves that she gets to go and there are no boys, especially me and Ollie.  She loves learning new things.  Well, who doesn't?  She has worked really hard and meet season has started.  Mommy and Hadley traveled to Greenwood for her first meet.  She racked up the medals.  Four golds and a bronze.  She improved her scores from her mock meet the weekend before.
Here are her stats:
Vault: 8.4
Bars: 8.05
Beam: 7.4 (She fell up but finished like a champ!)
Floor: 8.25
All around: 32.00
Floor routine!
First place
Getting ready for beam with Ms. Brooke
First place with a fall
 Concentrating.
Dismount!  Check out the toe point!!!
 Ready for bars.

Just finished two back hip circles...two have to be better than one right?
 And vault.
3rd place
 Waiting on their awards
 She's pretty excited.
 Way to go Hadley!

Fall break

For fall break we went back to Marco Island, Florida.  It is one of our favorite places and we love to spend a week with Nana and Papa.  We did a lot of the typical.  We jumped in the pool.  We visited the beach.  We took walks and went to the park.  We ate fish.  I went fishing and caught a lot of fresh fish on mommy's birthday.  We rented a boat and visited our own private island.  We went mini golfing...twice.  It was fun and the first time I won a free game so we had to go back.  Mommy and Hady got their nails painted.  We can't wait to take daddy with us for spring break and I might even make a special trip with just Papa before then.  I'm sure mommy will try to find a time to go before March.  Everyone loves the beach, right?

Mommy tried all week to get us to jump in together, holding hands.  This is as close as it came.
