Hady turns 2!

We had a special week! Hady turned two! And I say week because it felt like we celebrated for a week. By the end, she knew to point to her chest when anyone mentioned a birthday. She loved being the center of attention and took full advantage. That is Hadley to say the least.
We started celebrating when Mommy and Daddy realized it was a perfect afternoon to give Hady one of her birthday gifts. And we enjoyed it while staying cool.

Hady had to close her eyes while Mommy brought the present out.

She was clearly impressed.

And I had fun too.

And she knows how to butter people up for more gifts next year...hugs!

After tacos for dinner, it was cake time. I was Hady's helper.

Not that she needed any help...she started to blow out her candles before the cake was placed for pictures.

And like I said, the party lasted all week because here she is on her real birthday. We celebrated that night with ice cream. I definitely didn't mind the week of celebration. I am a little guy that loves dessert.
