Well leading up to dinner at our house...that's the exciting part. Mommy, Hady and I all crowd into the kitchen. Hady and I usually bring toys. Today it was legos and by the end of dinner preparation legos were all around the kitchen, under the kitchen table and some even traveled into the bathroom. We play and mommy cooks. Sometimes, I help mommy cook but my favorite thing to make is pancakes and cookies and those weren't on the menu tonight. Sometimes, I even have to escape from Hady and I use the countertop as my canvas for playing.
Then dinner! That's exciting too! We work so hard on waiting until daddy gets home to eat. Most nights we make it...some nights we don't! Tonight, we made it and we all sat down and had dinner together! My favorite.
